Because our products include games, cards, and collectible items, some limitations apply to protect product integrity

  • Eligible for return if:

    • Factory sealed

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

Opened Products

  • Opened games, card products, or collectibles are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or fulfillment error.

Defective or missing components

If your product arrives with missing or defective components:

  • No return required

  • We will send replacement parts at no cost

  • Please contact us with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photo(s) or video showing the problem

This is the fastest way to resolve issues.


If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of:

    • External packaging

    • Internal packaging

    • Damaged product

Resolution may include:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (case-by-case)

  • We will correct the error at no cost

  • No return shipping required unless requested

  • Please contact us with your order number and photos if applicable

Returns accepted ONLY for UNOPENED ITEMS

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund issued once returned item is received and inspected


Limited Editions & Collectibles

  • Limited-edition, first-edition, promotional, or collectible items are final sale

  • Exceptions apply only for defects or fulfillment errors


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Orders placed on Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies, which may differ from ours. Please initiate those returns through Amazon directly.

Crowdfunded pledges are not retail purchases and follow the policies outlined on the campaign page. We do, however, replace defective or missing components whenever possible.
